This superb 5 bedroomed villa offers two lounges and a well-equipped games room on Highgate Park, a gated subcommunity of Legacy Park. The owner has recently added 32" streaming tv's to all bedrooms, allowing you to watch apps like Netflix and Hulu through your own account. The accommodation comprises of two lounge areas, both with tv's. Separate dining room as well as a nook table and chairs in the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, toaster, coffee machine and crockery. Bedrooms comprise: Downstairs 1 x king 1 x queen, these bedrooms share a bathroom. Downstairs cloakroom Upstairs master bedroom 1 king with ensuite bathroom Upstairs two sets of twins The pool is a great size and the owner has recently bought new loungers for catching those rays!
