Welcome to this spacious 4 bed,3 bath villa in a gated and quiet community, it's ideally located for access to the Disney Parks


.The villa is set on a south facing small hill so you have no rear neighbors and provides enough privacy. Of course it comes fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday!

The furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a real home-from-home and the family room along with all bedrooms have remote controlled Roku TVs.

The villa has an extended sun deck, complete with sunshade, with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. There is a removable safety fence for small children if needed. With 4 sun loungers, 8 patio chairs and table there's plenty of seating options for everybody.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a full size oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and refrigerator with ice and cold water dispensers. Next to the kitchen you'll find a breakfast table and chairs as well as a breakfast bar with 3 stools.

The family room has two sofas and a chair with view over the patio and has a large flatscreen TV, DVD & stereo.

The front living room, located next to the front door, has two sofas and a formal dining area.

Next to the family room there's a Queen bedroom and a bathroom with in tub shower, vanity and toilet, you can access the pool deck as well.

On the second floor is the master bedroom with a King bed, nightstands and a sofa bed. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub, shower, double vanity and separate toilet. The two remaining bedrooms have 2 Twin beds with a Jack and Jill bathroom with in tub shower, single vanity and toilet. The laundry room is also located on this floor.

Last but not least: The Games Room has Air Hockey, Foosball and a Pool Table. There are also a selection of board games and jigsaw puzzles.

The on-site leisure facilities including tennis courts and children’s play area are free to use for our guests..
